City of El Reno, Oklahoma and El Reno Public Schools
ICC in association with our design team partner, Perkins and Will have been engaged by the City of El Reno and El Reno Public Schools to conduct a basic feasibility study with regards to the master planning of a community event center project and an early elementary school on a selected site within the limits of the City of El Reno.
The master plan study was completed in May of 2020 for a mixed-use sport and entertainment development at the intersection of I-40 and Highway 81.
Lansing, Michigan
ICC and team members Perkins and Will and JE Dunn Construction are partnered with prime developers, River Caddis Development to revitalize Lansing’s Downton core with a fantastic mixed use development featuring hotels, restaurants, retail, residential, parking, green spaces and an ICC multi-purpose event center project as the anchor to the development. Further information will follow in the coming months.
Lebanon Valley College
ICC and partner Perkins and Will have been retained to provide preliminary development plans for a twin ice arena complex to be located on site at the campus of Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania. The project features an approximate 1,800 seat main arena for both men’s and women’s varsity hockey along with a community ice rink with some 250 seats for use by the college and the community.
Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, El Reno, OK
ICC in association with our design team partner, Perkins and Will have been engaged by the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes to conduct a basic feasibility study and project renderings for the redevelopment of historic Ft. Reno. ICC contracted with Hunden Strategic Partners to complete a feasibility and economic study and then contracted with 3DI Digital Design Group to create the site plan and images shown below.
Reading, Pennsylvania
ICC has been retained by the Berks County Convention Center Authority to explore the possibility of developing a twin ice facility that would become the home of the Reading Royals Youth Hockey Association.
ICC contracted with Sierra Planning & Management to conduct a feasibility study and economic impact analysis for the possible twin ice facility.
Clermont, Florida
ICC and Perkins & Will Architects are working with the Olympus Sports Campus in Clermont, Lake County Florida. ICC and Perkins and Will are responsible for the design and development of the Olympus Arena which will serve as the anchor for the 250 acre project.
